Installation problem

The box says "Improved Hardware" - but the problem turned out to be hardware. The instructions say to drill and install the shifter studs first, then hang the rack and tighten the studs. Sounds easy. The problem is that the screw heads are larger than the keyholes on the rack - so you can't hang the rack from them. You also can't remove the switch bolts as you will lose the flanged device behind the wall. It's a trip to the hardware store to get some smaller drum screws. It would have been a 5 star rating but installation was a nightmare.
