Use your own mounting screws as the ones supplied will not work if you use them as advertised. Otherwise a quality product. I would buy this again.

i like that i can put it in and take it out. We were remodeling our laundry room and needed a dryer and it's perfect! I like that it's not on the floor. As someone else suggested, I attached mine to an old barn board and then screwed the board to the studs. The holes that are part of the rack did not line up with my cleats. That's the only downside, but I'm comfortable enough to do something else.

I bought this to use poolside so the towels were draped over the railing. It articulates evenly and retracts smoothly. It's been tons of rain and no rust all summer. I installed it on a wide board due to its placement, and I will only bring it in during the winter as our Wisconsin winters can be harsh for anything. But I can dry things in the basement. I love it and recommend it. It came with a template where I pre-drilled my holes, I hung it up in seconds.

I LOVE this dryer! It's been in pretty constant use since I installed it a few months ago. He's holding up well. In terms of installation, wall mounting requires you to drill LARGE holes to get the brackets into the wall, but then there's not much to keep the screws from falling behind the wall. My solution was to save some very large washers to fit the screw. (I only took one of the screws to find what I need.) I'll post pictures to show what I mean.

You can press them as little or as you like. They look very beautiful and move very well.

The box says "Improved Hardware" - but the problem turned out to be hardware. The instructions say to drill and install the shifter studs first, then hang the rack and tighten the studs. Sounds easy. The problem is that the screw heads are larger than the keyholes on the rack - so you can't hang the rack from them. The hardware was wrong, the washers were too small and fell through the wall because we had to make a big hole for the screws. This product has the most ridiculous installation process I've ever seen. They advertise easy installment payments, but that's far from the case. They provide lever bolts for mounting, and the instructions say to make a "big hole so the tip of the lever bolt can easily pass through when folded (yes, easy, not easy)."
