Review on Air King 9018 18-Inch Commercial Grade Oscillating Wall Mount Fan - White by Charlie Clayton

The title says "Commercial Grade" but when mine arrived it had a big note saying it was NOT for commercial or industrial use or was in the areas. with high humidity. I would like to take a photo of the disclaimer so I can post it. Revain solved the problem but I think the product description and especially the title? may be modified to reflect the actual capabilities of this product. Be aware that you are not getting an off-the-shelf product with this Air King. While this is a decent fan, I feel like I could get a fan of similar quality for half the price just without the brand name. Update: after 4 months of use it has stopped vibrating and is stuck on one side making a very loud clicking noise. Use in the living room only at low settings and fluctuations. It's too late to return it through Revain, but there's a 1-year limited warranty. Air King was very difficult to reach by phone - the automated system via 'Lasko Corporation' takes ages to reach the correct department and then delays more than 20 minutes before moving on to the person. The person was helpful and offered to replace the fan, but I had to cut off the power cord and send it back to prove: I had the product (the Revain check isn't good enough), the product was actually unusable/broken, and that Cutting the cable ensured it couldn't be used (mine still works, but it's useless to me as it can't oscillate). 3 weeks later and not a fan so had to go through the automated system again to call and find out what was going on. The fan has just been shipped! They said they would have to wait to receive my cut power cord before they could confirm my information and send a replacement fan. I thought they would send me a replacement fan right away! It's mid-August and the hottest time of summer in New Mexico, where it's typically 95*F. As information, they had to confirm a handwritten note in the return package with my name and my return address as well as the product and serial number of the fan - information that they had to confirm by phone when I first applied. I had tracking (which one was highly recommended?) and it took 2 days to confirm this information after the package was delivered to them. The fan was "shipped" 2 days ago: via the cheapest/slowest route, no tracking yet as it hasn't been processed by the carrier, but I get an automated email once the carrier collects it. If they said "shipped yesterday," that means they printed a shipping label and attached it to the box. Will never buy from Air King again. As others have said, this is a cheap fan that is unbalanced and noisy even at low settings. 1 year warranty? Don't expect it to last longer with regular use. This is a joke, not a king
