This little device is worth the price! Change course, tack, or circle (when fishing) from anywhere on the boat. In bad weather, I can use this small device to sit next to my companion behind the ladies' man and steer the boat. Installation was easy and straightforward. The batteries that came with the unit had a very short lifespan, but with some good quality batteries the wireless autopilot will last all day. I used it to cruise down the Delaware River and made many course corrections, keeping the unit on constantly for 8 hours. It comes with a belt clip or strap. I wear it on a cord around my neck while I move. A small velcro strap on the back of the autopilot and on my harness keeps it close and out of the way whenever I sew on the winches.
