In theory this is an amazing product. I was really hoping it would be great. Our dog is being treated for heartworm and I wanted this device to keep an eye on him while I'm at work. He's boxing trained and I didn't want to stress him out by moving the box. The device worked fine for about the first week, but then it got disconnected from the wifi. The main problem with this device is that it needs to be in close proximity to your internet router. Once it turns off. You must remove the router from where you installed it and connect it to the internet to reconnect. Unfortunately we had to send ours back as it didn't work where we needed it. If a new device comes out with better connectivity I will definitely buy it. I enjoyed video chatting with my dog, DogTV, and giving treats to my dog. :)
