I only use them at the beauty salon when I style my hair every two weeks. They are so comfortable that they are hands-free. Be sure to use a cleansing pad to remove oil from your face before applying masks. I suggest using a mirror when putting it on to smooth out the gaps. The only problem I have is a slight skin irritation after removal - itching and pimple formation on face. I always wash my face and apply a moisturizer after removing to reduce irritation from the glue.
