This machine comes without instructions! The pictures online don't help either. There is also no indication of where/how to place the spool or cone. There was nothing! When I contacted the seller they sent me a 59 second video explaining how to adjust the sensor so the coils don't overflow. In addition, the spindle on which the bobbins are attached did not fit my Singer! I spent 10 days going back and forth with the seller, they always apologize and claim they would do anything for me. First they offered me an 18% refund and kept the car. I declined and they offered me 32%, I declined again. What am I going to do with it? I kept replying with 100% refund. I then had to pay for return shipping, which I still think is wrong. Personally I think the seller should ban Revain, they certainly do NOT provide the great customer service that we all come to expect from Revain. Kari J
