The simplicity of the interface and the powerful and intuitive features. It is easy to navigate and learn and is very productive. I like the fact that it is cloud-based and the mobile app allows me to work from anywhere. The UI is great, it's fast, powerful and intuitive. It allows you to work quickly on projects, projects easily and without having to install all the software necessary. I have to admit that it has not met my expectations, I think it is better to learn other tools before deciding to purchase. It helps me work more efficiently on projects and with more transparency to my colleagues. It's very easy to use for any new user in IT or even non-IT personnel like our HR manager! I have used other platforms before but they are not as intuitive as this one. This works well with AWS services too which was what we needed. We had some issues with setting up external applications that were using SSO (Single Sign On) when logging into the platform. Once resolved, it was much easier than anything else I'd tried previously - including those hosted internally.
