This is Foam Packing Material
I figured I'd buy arts and craft foam blocks, like those that are flexible and kinda malleable. But it's just styrofoam, like what you get with a TV or something. Styrofoam should not be cut without a hot wire, as this will release styrene gases. For what you get it should be less than $4.
