I like that our team is able to see all of our data in one place, it's easy for them to understand how we're tracking leads from each source. The platform can be very slow when generating reports or pulling analytics out of the database. It would also help if they could create custom dashboards so you don't have to go through an admin to set up your own. Our sales department uses this software as well as our marketing staff. We use it internally with customers, but we also provide third-party reseller packages which are sold directly to customers via Salesforce Data Cloud.
