Review on KYB SM5559 Spring Seat Kit by Andrew Jones

Thought I'd keep the original until I saw this kit from KYB. I couldn't believe the quality of the rubber which is way better than factory quality. Of course this part will fit the Nissan Sentra (91-94) and most likely other later year Sentras - up to 1999 (I think). Pay attention to the orientation - the arrow pointing outward is not listed on this spring seat. Looking at the picture above, the arrow should be in the middle of the four small holes - in line with the rig that is between (two holes on the right and two holes on the left) the four small holes. This arrow, when properly installed, should face out of the vehicle and align with the lower kingpins. I'm overemphasizing a very important alignment trick. The pillar is designed at a slight angle to the car (not straight up and down or fore/aft). Overall - great product, packaging and delivery.
