Review on MOUNTUP Motion Bracket Screen Curved by Jeremy Kakaruk

Very good fit. I have an old building so there are no hairpins anywhere. You never know where the solid structure is. I installed this on an interior wall, the other side is in the closet. But the rest of the wall is really solid. My TV weighs about 43 pounds and I wanted to distribute the weight. I drilled 10 mounting points and screwed the mount directly to the wall with 5" x 5/16" screws and extra wide thumb washers. Also, my TV's mounting points use 1/4-20 mounting screws, which I had to buy myself because the screws that came with it didn't fit. I took my time, walked slowly and installed the TV in about 3 or 4 hours. I don't need a lot of freedom of movement and this binding is more than enough. Basically, I use the settings to access the back of the TV. In general, a reliable product, no regrets. If this mount fails, it's my fault, not the mount. For those mounting to a (solid) wall with no studs or non-standard studs, this is the device for you. If it's not wide enough to fit your studs I would just nail a very strong wooden stud to the wall directly into the studs and attach the bracket to the stud. This applies to any vehicle you choose to use. Why 4 stars? -1 star for cumbersome little screws to lock the crossbar in place and for the tilt and leveling nuts. It's a bit of a hassle and they might as well have designed this mount to use larger screws for simpler and easier access. I used my own open end wrenches instead of the one provided which was quite wobbly and not that strong. I have no idea how the other mounts work as this is the first mount I have ever used. But I would say that if you are not a fan of needlework, making this (or maybe one?) mount yourself will not be easy.
