Fits my Giant E mountain bike. If my handlebars were a bit wider it might not work. It seems well done. The only improvement I see is a third attachment strap at the bottom center, which can be useful if used on the back of the car while driving. Speaking of use in a moving car. I have found that I cannot use it. I have a Honda Element and with the bike cover it completely blocks the brakes and taillights. I think with a larger/wider vehicle or with a different bike rack this would work well in this case. This is not a case issue, I just missed something.
