got damaged by a little bit more of something and they were perfect! They are definitely ivory. The tape was easily cut with sharp scissors. The only thing I had was that the buns were a little wrinkled due to the way they were packaged. It didn't really matter to me since we tied them to our wedding invitations, but maybe to others. Tapes have no stretch. I used 3 boxes for about 130 5x7 invitations just to give you an idea of how many you might need to order if using them for the same purpose.
