This is my first experience with an irrigator and I love it. I basically have to floss after everything I eat. I was skeptical that something like this would be able to pull large chunks of food or meat out of my teeth. To my great surprise, this is true. I love the feeling of using this floss compared to real dental floss which tears and damages my gums. I still use regular floss during the day, but I love using this floss at night. I usually have to fill the tank twice to get the cleaning I want and need, but I love the size of this tank and I can handle it. It's easy to use, lightweight and works great.
