I bought a child as a gift on September 1st. 08/30/2022 brought home turned on everything ok! , after 3 hours the battery ran out. I put it on charge, it stood overnight and does not turn on. I checked the charging on other devices - it works. I stood still on the charge for half a day - without result. Took it to the store for an exchange. The store (a very well-known large network) refused to exchange or return the money. I had to submit it for examination. After receiving an expert opinion (after 2 weeks), the store did not willingly return the money. The result is the use of 3 hours and the nerves spent on the return.
