Good customer service and quick return/repair. After the first fire (it was a small fire and we were in our van at the time and put it out immediately) I went through the installation in detail with a technician and updated all the wiring if there was any suspicion. But a few months after we got the repair back, the same thing happened. We turned on the computer and it started smoking and caught fire. We were back on site (we agreed never to use the inverter without being present), turned off the power and the fire went out. But we're done with this inverter. I'm not sure if we just got a bad one or if there's something wrong with us. Possibly, but we checked and photographed everything several times and went through the installation in detail with a technician from Power Bright. Maybe give it a go.
