Review on Sidanli by Erik Gerber

I recently bought furniture from the Sidanli online store, and I have to admit that I am really dissatisfied with the quality of their offerings. Despite their assertions that they are both aesthetically pleasing and useful, the truth is rather different. While the kitchen island I bought from Sidanli appeared beautiful in the images, it was actually shoddy and cheaply manufactured. The wood was thin and felt as if it may snap at any second. The website's description and image did not accurately reflect the general design of the drawers, which were challenging to open and close. I had a terrible experience with Sidanli's customer service, which just made things worse. When I contacted them about the problems with my purchase, I received no answer and uncooperative employees. I was left feeling angry and ignored. Overall, I cannot suggest using the Sidanli online furniture store. Poor customer service and subpar product quality combine to create a shaky and frustrating purchasing experience. Look elsewhere if you want furniture that is both aesthetically pleasing and useful to save yourself the trouble.
