Won't Bend: Headlights & Lighting Accessories

I bought two rolls of this film for a 2011 Mazda 2 to restore and protect the headlights. The product also adheres very well to bare headlight plastic without a clear coat. Where this product fails, Mazda's headlight has a curved curve that leaves creases and creases. I tried dry applying with a heat gun, it didn't work. Tried applying wet didn't work. Both rollers were damaged. However, this vinyl is not suitable for crooked headlights. If you plan to buy one, DO NOT OVERHEAT the vinyl. It is preferable to apply with water and treat the creases in the curves of the headlights. Vivid is a fantastic brand, I have used their dark tinted headlight vinyl on another car and it works great when heated but the chameleon is a disaster that took a while to peel off.

Pros
  • The thickest, most durable tinted headlights or taillights. Highly resistant to scratches, chips and heat from the headlight itself.
Cons
  • Some faults
