I like that it's easy to connect with multiple devices, such as my phone! It works well with all of them. Sometimes when i try to open files they will not load correctly. Also sometimes there are issues with laggy connections. Remote controlling another users device allows me to work at home while still being able to get things done. This helps keep our office running smoothly during times where we have had trouble getting into the building. It also saves time by allowing us to do work remotely instead of having to travel to an actual location. This has been very beneficial and useful for both myself and other employees who were unable to come into the office due to Covid-19 related concerns.
