First of all I really like this TV stand. It's small, looks great in my small apartment, and easily fits a modem, TV, and DVD player. It was easy to assemble. Other than that, I only gave 4 stars because... the back panel with the cable holes is upside down and that's the only way to assemble it. Due to this defect, the two middle glass shelves do not fit into the silver brackets that hold the glass. Holders do not match. Luckily, the devices I have on the lower shelves are very light. I was able to use clear gorilla tape to attach the back of the shelf to the back. The tape will hold the glass securely for now. For the amount I paid for this unit I didn't have to use tape to secure the shelves. I emailed the supplier and they thanked me for bringing this to their attention but did not offer a replacement. I would never want to put it back together and don't want a replacement.
