Review on 🍳 Chefman Electric Skillet: 12-Inch Round Frying Pan with Non-Stick Coating and Temperature Control - Black by Matt Dyen

NOT VERY DEEP. - Kitchen and dining room

I received it today. This is a review of the pan's appearance and depth. I have to say that this is anything but EXTRA DEEP. I replaced my bella Square Electric with this one thinking it would be just as deep but I was very wrong. This pan is 1 1/2 inches deep, which is good enough for anything but roasting chicken. Splashes are less likely in deeper pans, which is why I loved Bella. The pan feels very light and appears to be held together at the bottom by a single screw that has tightened the top cooking portion enough to create a dent in the cooking surface, but I see no reason why this would affect cooking.. .but in due course we shall see. Cleaning is made more difficult by the fact that you can't submerge the pan in water. The cover is very nice, there is a hole for the stem. Once I use it for cooking for a while I will continue the review. As I was roasting pork chops tonight, he decided to quit work. 8 months of use - pathetic product. Stay away from this electric skillet. Because he didn't even last a year. I have even less to rate it tonight.
