Okay I won't use it as a hockey puck
I didn't like gun blocks so I decided to just buy a hockey puck and poke a few holes in it. I use it to drive pins out of pistols and rifles. That works great. I still need to cut a channel to accommodate the gun breech but I plan to do so. If it works, and I believe it will, I'll see some of these being used on my weapon bench.
