Feels and smells like Vaseline although white. I only bought it to moisturize and make my tattoos a little more visible. Let's see if that helps. Earlier I bought another tattoo cream and it seemed to me that it only helps if you use it. For me, the color always looks pretty dull, but that's just my chemistry.
