Very cute but medium too loose for my small wrist. I bought a larger size based on another review which said it was "usually small in other groups" but the small was too tight for her and the medium replacement fitted perfectly. Well, I can't speak for a small size, so I'll sew the middle one tighter and play it safe. The fabric is very soft and non-irritating (the band that came with my Fitbit gave me a bad rash) so it's exactly what I wanted. This bow is also detachable if you wish!
