My 2010 Chevy Equinox Comes with everything you need including a new cotter pin. Definitely recommend. The ball joints were bad, but I got the whole control arm because the car had 177,000 miles on it, so I didn't want to come back to the problem later and pay for the work again. It only makes sense to do the entire control lever.
