The platform is extremely easy to use, it provides excellent customer service support for its customers as well as their own employees. It's very user friendly as we can find what exactly we are looking for within minutes of searching using keywords or phrases from our questions. We've been able to utilize much more effectively than other competitors products available today by utilizing optelo's software solution. Our research department has realized considerable cost savings by being able to track all aspects related to client information which includes but not limited to; email addresses / phone numbers / contact history with each individual subscriber/client who signs up through one website only (no multiple sign-up portals). The customer support team is very proactive, responsive to requests for changes as well as helpful with questions about using our platform. Some of their products are difficult to navigate through or understand when you're not an engineer who knows code/software development. It's been nice having someone at every level be able to help us solve problems related to software updates (i.e., how do I update my product?).
