I do not recommend buying from this seller. I ordered these shoes because I love them, they are amazing shoes! However, what I dislike is receiving a new pair of shoes that are not in the original box and properly packed by the manufacturer. You know, stuffed and wrapped in cloth with all the factory tags. My order arrived in a standard Amazon shoe box which said my item was repackaged as the original box was destroyed in transit. One shoe was untied and the other was tied, they were simply thrown into a box with a tiny piece of tissue paper. I'm not stupid, this item that was sent to me has been RETURNED! Apparently the loosened boot and the absence of the box/packaging/tag indicates someone received it, tried it on and sent it back. Sorry, under other circumstances I might have ignored it. However, since these shoes cost close to $170, I expect proper packaging. A huge mistake, either on the part of Amazon or the seller. I'm moving my business to another location where I know I'll get a new item and I don't have to guess if I've received someone's return.
