So it started great with a great smell and it gave my hair a less coppery color BUT after a week I had an allergic reaction to the product. (By the way, I bought the shampoo and conditioner together). I had these abrasions (pictured) on the inside of my elbows and a massive rash on my arms and forehead. Basically, all places where the shampoo foam hit every shower were covered with rashes or abrasions. Keep in mind that I used this item 2 times a week and after 2-3 minutes at most, I did a quick rinse. Oh, I got nasty scrapes behind my ears too. I know it was this product because it started a few days after I started using it. I also re-read the back and saw allergy/irritation symptoms there and they described everything I had on my hands, forehead and chest. One star for value for money and one star overall. Attention ladies!
