I liked it when I wore it for the first time. I followed the instructions in the video and it helped a lot. Dissatisfied: 1 - When my screen turned off, I noticed that my screen seemed to have a distorted effect right in the middle. It's only noticeable when the screen is off, but it really worries me. 2. I need to put extra pressure on the edges for the touchscreen to work after lifting the screen protector to clean it again. 3. The fact that you have to save your email to provide proof of the lifetime warranty. For example: 1- Video with simple instructions (otherwise I would be stuck with all the things included). 2- The screen protector is crystal clear (except for warping) and fits perfectly to flex your phone 3- Guide stickers to help you line up the protector correctly 4- Lifetime Warranty 5- Free case for an honest review. All in all, it seems like it could be great. If I could get rid of the warp it would be worth the price and I would buy it again if the need arose, which I won't do because it has a lifetime guarantee. I'll try again tomorrow with another one and hope for the best. **Update - I emailed the customer to his service and he responded within an hour. So your customer service is amazing. Seems like I got a refund for distortion as well. I WILL do business with this company in the future. They value their customers very much.
