I was looking for the best collar for persistent barkers and came across this collar. We were happy to see that it worked great for a month. After two months, however, he completely stopped responding to inquiries. The temperament setting was always marked at level 1, although my dog has been walking towards it for quite some time. The battery indicator never goes off and is always marked as fully charged even after 2 months of use which is odd. It's a piece of junk to be honest. I've had other bark collars that last longer and work better for half the price. I suggest staying away from this technology.
