I replaced the 6 or 7 year old bumpers that were on the cabinets when we bought this house 2 years ago.The easy part was installing the new pads, the hard part was removing the old, sticky old ones. If you install these pads on a new, clean surface it will take you about 1 min. per door/drawer. If you have to remove the old pads and clean the gunk from the serface, it's about 15 min. per door. I also installed 2 pads each on a bathroom and a bedroom door and they are quieter when they close.
- The rubber bumpers are self-adhesive and easy to install
- Bumpers may not work on items with a curved edge
