It has been very easy to train new employees in our small organization because there are online training modules available for them. I like how easy it was to customize training materials. There were times that we needed specific documentation which wasn't able accommodate as easily. But overall this program provides an option with cost savings over traditional methods - no more HR department staff required! BenXcel is very easy to work with. They have always been there for us when we need them! We have not had any issues with their services. The only thing I dislike about BenXcel is that they are based in New Jersey, which can be difficult sometimes depending on where you live. It helps to use a service like BenXcel so you don't have to worry about it. They help us keep track of all our employee's benefits.

- Also liked using self service options suchas webpages rather then just hard copies sent via post mail by USPS..or regular office visits.etc etc..also loved flexibility offered alongwith quick response time once there exists questions/con
