Sometimes it works.: Computer and accessories

We have a similar device that we've been using for a few years but I like the way it looks - it's a bit more streamlined. I've tried using this multiple times in different places and it seems that one or two ports work for smaller things like headphones or a phone, but I couldn't charge my iPad with it, and when I tried to charge two phones, only one is calculated. It has buttons to press next to each slot, so you have to turn on each slot to use it. I'm not crazy about lightbulbs on things that charge overnight so I covered them with a dry rag when I tried this out at the hotel.
