Review on Clarity Dect_6 0 1 Handset Landline Telephone Office Electronics by Kate Anderson

This phone was purchased in addition to the D712 system with answering machine. The system was difficult to program; occasional callers didn't hear me; also turn voice on and off; brought the system back after people didn't hear me at all. Clarity's technical support and customer service is very disappointing - surprising given that they are part of Plantronics. When I called tech support they told me I had to shut down the system and remove the batteries for 30 minutes to reboot the system. I've never had to do this with a PBX I've owned. I've had good success with other products I've purchased from Plantronics.
