I gave four stars because everything about it was good except the cooling block was concave (not perfectly flat). A vacuum was created between the disk and the VGS CPU. After installing it I had some issues with my computer unrelated to the block but I decided to uninstall it just to make sure I wasn't grounded anywhere. All my life I could not remove the mounting block from the processor no matter how lightly I rotated it or how lightly I applied pressure. When I finally removed it, it pulled the CPU out of its socket! I had never seen this before, so I knew something must have happened to cause such a tight seal. I started rubbing the block against the glass with sandpaper and of course immediately saw that it wasn't flat at all. The first photo you look at is after 2 hours of grinding and the second after 4 hours. So there must be an airlock between the processor and the cooling block. When heated, the air expands and escapes from the air pocket. On cooling again, a vacuum formed. Before my fiasco I had no problems. It cools the CPU very well (28°C idle with 240mm radiator) and was relatively easy to install despite the lack of instructions. Assembly sequence in the direction of the bracket/mainboard: feet, plate, washers, springs, washers again and knurled screws. So the springs have to exert some pressure. Even though the mounting holes match the AM4, the included bracket does not. you must have yours Not sure why they don't include a universal mount.
