I've been wearing blue blocking computer glasses when using my laptop and desktop for a while and can tell the improvement in eye strain and less headaches. Glasses are uncomfortable to wear in bed though so having the blue blocking on the screen really helps out.Installation is always a smidgen of a challenge, especially if you have pets or lots of lint. I brought the laptop into the bathroom to install after I showered. The steam from the shower makes any floating lint or pet dander drop to the floor.I use tape along the top of the screen to hold the protector in place for alignment. I then use that tape as a hinge to expose the bottom part and peel that off. Having a hinge of tape keeps the screen in line and it just flops down right in place. If there's no dust in the air it minimizes junk that makes bubbles.I think these screen protectors are a great addition to tablets and laptops, especially for watching videos.
