Our daughter and son-in-law own a duplex and wanted something that didn't take up a lot of space in their home or 2 car garage that they could use for a multitude of tasks. They wanted it to be portable so they could use it around the yard but also take it with them to haul a dog (they dog sit for a neighbor), haul lawn chairs, coolers, umbrellas, blankets, etc. on recreational trips. She had found a folding wagon like this one, but it had a shelf under it, which reviewers said caused issues. I found this one and ordered it for them for Christmas and they love it! Now they just need to wait for our Iowa weather to warm up so they can use it outside.
