I had a Kingsley wooden brush which I liked but the wood gets dirty and looks dirty. It's the same brush, same natural bristles, but plastic so I hope it doesn't get dirty from water getting in. The sides of the brush are ribbed to provide a better grip with lathered hands. I ordered two brushes, one for each bathroom and neither came in the colors shown in the picture, both brushes are clear plastic. At first I was disappointed, but then I realized that I actually like the clear plastic better.
