Every one or two LED photo lights are getting a little bit cheaper and better. This is an inexpensive RGB light (recently released). It is relatively bright and has many amenities. It has barn doors and is yoke mounted (but this model has neither a cover nor a stand). Comparable sized fixtures typically don't include RGB lighting in this price range. As another comparison, this RGB ($110) has about 3.5 times as many LEDs - compared to the Pixel G1s RGB ($70 - note that the larger lamp doesn't come with a battery - where the G1s has a battery). well, for the price. However, please note that this flashlight is not a professional model. Although mostly metal, it is a thin metal (appears brittle). There is also a flexible thin plastic diffuser that works great but there is no plastic or glass to cover/protect the LED beads. There is no remote control or app for this flashlight - everything is controlled manually. Treat it with care and it will serve you well. Recommended for those new to photography who want to keep it in their home studio (not recommended for traveling to remote locations). I love it!
