The mat is fine, I give it a "C " on the letter scale
If you are a "fat" golfer, the mat does not absorb shock/pain in your hands. Also, you must place this mat on a very hard surface for it to work. For example, laying a rug on grass will make it unstable. I also had issues with the ball falling off the tee for no apparent reason. I think the mat would be better for low handicap golfers or scratch golfers. For a layman like me there are more disadvantages than advantages.
