Broken Hole Punch

Opened this 3 hole punch for the first time. I used a piece of paper and noticed that only 2 holes were punched. On closer inspection, one of the parts was broken. The entire part that punches the hole is missing from the design. That's ridiculous ! More than $30 worth of punches and the entire piece is missing. It's never been done right. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY!
