Works very well, extra padding helps on long rides.
These cycling shorts provide extra padding where it's needed for long rides, say 15+ miles. I also added a new bike saddle which is also a bit softer. I do about 25 miles per ride, the extra padding really helps keep me comfortable throughout the ride.
