Do not follow the instructions
This shelf does the job, but it is missing two main areas. The instructions seem simple, except for the fact that they tell you to install the shelves upside down, see pictures. This set off the typical "directions only" argument between my wife and I that the instructions for loading actual bottles make no sense. Another problem is that the shelves are not as modular as the description might suggest. Yes, you can remove the shelf, but this shelf cannot be used unless you want the exposed metal ends to rest on the floor and next to your hands.
