Review on I'mOnIt! by Travis Oetting
Great Software to keep track of all your maintenance needs
It's very user friendly software that makes it easier than ever before when dealing in repairs/maintenance issues within our business (we're an insurance carrier). The customer service is excellent as well - we have never had problems contacting them via phone call / email etc., which has been great because my team doesn't always get along :) Also if you need help from their support staff there really isn’t anything better then having someone pick up right away rather waiting days like other companies do sometimes!! We use this program daily since its so handy & efficient at pulling information together about clients' vehicles being serviced by us here @Imanit!. There were many times where i was unsure what something meant until later after reading through documentation online- however once those questions came thru during one particular visit while using "iManitu" everything made sense much more quickly.
- Ease to navigate, make notes or add comments with ease.
- Easy way for me personally now knowing how easy things are done without any confusion whatsoever; also extremely helpful seeing all previous info already entered into system available just above screen area allowing quick access instead needing scroll down page upon entering new data each time.Also helps greatly keeping track easily between customers who come back frequently over several years !!!! : )
