Great resource, even better customer support

I like what I've seen so far! The website is clean & easy to navigate through with clear instructions for each page of their site - it really makes things simple when you're looking for specific information. They offer some great features including being able to schedule an appointment or service call which helps me stay organized in my day-to-day work life. It's been very helpful because as soon as we get calls from prospective members about upcoming church services or special events our team can quickly make appointments/schedules without having to send them away somewhere else (i hate wasting people's time). This has also allowed us more control over who gets access / permission level while still keeping all records and communication within one place instead of creating another system just for scheduling purposes. Nothing yet but they seem pretty reliable and haven't given any indication otherwise. Planning meetings with potential new volunteers using this tool allows ease of organization & sharing info between different departments with no delays due to manual copying and pasting of important dates and times into word documents. I like that the site is user friendly and makes it easy to navigate. The user experience is excellent. I also like that all of our data is kept in one place. There is nothing that I dislike about this program. We are able to use this for our youth groups. I love that we can see everything in one place. I also love how easy it is to update if needed.

Pros
  • How accessible, fast loading pages; ability to search by date range etc.etc..how many other options there were available was amazing too!!!!! Love seeing everyone together at once even though its only online :) loved not needing paper copies anymore : ) Also i liked getting multiple answers back per question asked vs 1 answer sent via email..also liking optionality
Cons
  • Mostly okay, but...
