Review on Sony DVD Player DVP-NS50P/B, Single Disc, Black by Dustin Keller

Reluctant to buy this DVD player , because I have a five-year-old Toshiba that works like a champ. But unfortunately this is already an antique; It doesn't play recordable DVDs that I burn on my computer. After reading good reviews of this model on amazon.com (if you are looking for reviews, pay attention to the silver color of this model's number) and noticing the low price, I decided to give it a try. On Thursday at 5:30 pm I ordered it from amazon.com with one day delivery via amazon.com Prime, and on Friday at 4:00 pm I saw all kinds of DVDs: DVD-R, DVD-RW, DVD+RW. (No DVD+Rs yet, but I'm sure it will play them too.) It also works well with Photo CDs. In addition, commercial DVDs look sharper and clearer than on my previous player. I was so impressed that I bought another one as a gift. All in all a great performance for about 1/4 the price of a 2000 DVD player.
