Great product at a really good price! I've looked online and several companies are selling NAG and asking a lot more in price. This form of glutamine stays in the body longer and helps with skin and bone issues, promotes healing of the gut lining, and more. I take it with MSM to increase the benefits of both products. Now I try to only use powdered supplements because they usually don't have any fillers and they work fast. I just mix it with water and drink it.
