The instructions are a bit confusing but if you follow the pictures the assembly is very easy (although I used a drill instead of a screwdriver when assembling, although there is only one there are few screws) It's really strong! My only complaint is that the diaper liner that comes with it isn't very thick (the extra one I bought is too short). otherwise I would say it's perfect!
