Just received. First, I ordered the prime version from Mayer. Not "other sellers". I'm just saying. The first photo is the box as received. Unsealed, boxed, sealed with tape. Nothing. OK. However. The second photo is inside. Three brushes as ordered. However, there are no documents. what i ordered. I included the third photo because they really should put it on the list. It shows and describes the hardness of the brushes with color coding. So if you're wondering which type to get and why some might be more expensive than others. That's all. The other three photos show the plastic base being built around a metal rod that goes into the drill. I put a small one on a drill press and used it on the bathroom tile for about half an hour or more. While this is by no means a complete test, I was able to apply enough pressure to remove the grout. (My detergent wasn't very good, but I can't blame the brush for that). I didn't feel I needed to be careful with this, but I wasn't trying to rub a hole in the tile either. At the moment I have no reason to believe that they will not live up to expectations. You look good to me! Likewise. The title of this listing used the word "medium". I've noticed that MANY other sellers have used the same photos and their titles were ALMOST literal, but not many of them include any indication of harshness. I'm not sure if this is indicative of anything, just something to keep in mind. And I feel like a lot of problems with online shopping have to do with where the product is coming from. I wonder if cheaper items have been stored for a long time or have been exposed to low temperatures and thaw cycles that affect their quality? Maybe why one guy swears by one item and another swears by it! If these brushes fail in the future and I feel the need to update this review, I will. But right out of the box I really have no problem with it at all.
